When I bought the place it had a roof deck and for the first year my friends and I really enjoyed the deck. Unfortunately the city made me take the deck down.
It's been years since I had the deck on the roof. Finally it looks like we may be able to put the deck back on. city, and after nearly 5K I get the wonderful opportunity to pay a licensed builder 10K to put the roof deck on. Wow the guilds of the middle ages could not have been doing better.
Well it's the end of november. I have been back and forth with the building inspector and I am told that he needs just one more thing before I can go spend my money. re-do the architecture plans to include more information on the egress and you'll be all set. Lets keep our fingers crossed
